Hi all, I'm very new to this and I was wondering if anyone has used the A.C. to melt fat/did it work?? I saw it in the print-out (secret #149) I hope this works. Also dose anyone have a clue why NO DIET SODA is allowed ?? Guess I'll be talking to you all, good luck to all that are just starting out.
