I hope someone will read this and give me some insight. I have hypothyroidism and am very overweight. I am on my eigth day of dieting. It is such a struggle. I am exercising at least 4 times a week (walking). I drink about 60 ounces of water a day, 1,200 calories, and little fat. Is there hope for me? I am real skeptical of carb diets, and sugar busters, etc. I want to change my habits for good this time. It is hard though because I keep thinking I wont loose weight due to my hypothyroidism. Any words of encouragement?
