: INED on the diet. I am back to a diet I tried years ago, the Metabolic Research diet - I walk 5.6 miles to 6.8 miles wa day and ride my bike at least for 1 hour a night. I ride my two wheel bike on Sundays for about 45 minutes. My stomach looks like I am 9 months pregnant - so I have been doing crunches etc. Has anyone successfully lost weight? HOW DID YOU DO IT? Hope someone can tell me something. Thanks for listening.
