Good luck. Just try to go slow. If you eat 2000 calories a day, eat 1700. Take away one snack. Then go from there. BUT, NEVER EAT LESS THEN 1000 CALORIES A DAY!!!!! That is a way to get very sick and get an eating disorder. Never eat below 1000 calories a day. Just go slow and eventually you will lose weight. Everytime you're hungry, think about how great you would look weighing 30, 40, or 50 pounds less. Guilt is the way to go:)
