Hey Rajan, losing weight in a few days isn't the way to go, but it can be done. One way is to DRINK A LOT OF WATER. Around 64-72 oz. Another way that might work is to run long distances. Try to run as far as you possibly can. An out of shape person can run a mile non-stop, they just think they can't. So run at least a mile everyday. I would suggest working out, eating right, eating in small amounts, and running to lose weight. There is no real way to lose a considerable amount of weight in just a few days. It just can't happen.
