I am a 16 year old male. I wiegh 225. I have a diet of around 1500-1800 calories a day and I eat good, healthy foods. I wieght train for around an hour to and hour and a half everyday, except weekends. Every day my football team at my high school run for about an hour to train for football. This lasts all year. And Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I run 2.75 miles. This is street running with hills! What I want to know is, could I possibly lose 20 pounds by August? That is 4 months away. I had my body fat % checked and it is 28.3%! That is way to high for me. I wanted it to be at least 18%. So my school's trainer said to lose 20 pounds to meet my goal. I know I can do it, but can I do it by 4 months? Is it even possible? THANKS!
