Hi, I am about 20 pounds over weight. I exercise regularly, my problem is what I am eating. I have a problem with getting away from soda. I try drinking diet, but I have a craving for the real thing. Plus now that I am trying to stop drinking it, I am having horrible headaches. I am just trying to find advice on helping me stay away from sugary foods and such. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
