This is a Sample Menu ONLY to give you some ideas
how you may use the plan. You may change it to suit
your tastes, but be sure to include only the foods
listed for each day below the recipe. Do not add to
or take away from the foods on the plan.

Day 1

Breakfast

Blueberry Smoothie

Blend blueberries or fruit of
your choice with ice cubes and
artificial sweetener and
favorite spice or flavoring
such as vanilla.

Lunch

Fruit Salad with a mixture
of your favorite fruits.
Melons, grapes, apples, pears,
oranges, and blueberries make
great salads.

Dinner

Fruit Salad
Souper Soup
Dessert

Baked Apple or
Sugarfree Jell-O with fruit

Recipe for Baked Apple

Core apple, add spices such as
cinnamon and nutmeg and sweetener
(optional) and bake in 350 degree
oven for about 30 minutes or until
apple is tender.

Snacks

Day 2

Breakfast

Souper Soup that has been pureed to make
a cold or hot breakfast drink.

Lunch

Large Veggie Salad (no starchy veggies
peas or beans)(green beans the exception)
with vinegar and your choice of spices and
herbs. No oil.

Steamed veggies with spices/herbs
Baked potato with margarine,
